Explore and practice one Sajja per day. Then begin again with the first one.
- Sajja: I believe that the Buddha’s teachings to renounce one’s desires exist; Buddha’s Sajja teachings exist.
- Sajja: Lokuttara teaching can change our habits.
- Sajja: I believe that good khamma and bad khamma exist; actions will have results
- Sajja: I will not believe that others’ actions will make me suffer.
- Sajja: I will not believe that I can depend on others’ actions.
- Sajja: To show endurance in your practice of Sajja.
- Sajja: To live within the religion at all times.
Thought for daily contemplation: "I believe that I can depend on the action of practising Sajja.".
